Reserves expire 72 hours after applications open.

Linked samples must be from in the last 6 months and include multiple comments from the character being applied for (please no links to sex-themed memes).

There is a 2000 combined word limit for personality and background section. The exception is OCs from original worlds, which may have a 3000 combined word limit.

PLAYER

NAME: Player name.

OVER 18?: Answer must be yes to apply to Vault 66.

OTHER CHARACTER: Only applies if this is your second character.

CHARACTER

NAME: First Name Last Name.

AGE: All ages welcome, but if a child character please expand in the suitability section why they will fit into the game setting.

CANON: Canon name or Original canon.

CANON PULL-POINT: When are they coming from? Please keep the description as short as possible. Season and episode number for TV shows.
HISTORY: A link is fine if available. If not, please focus on the role your character plays in the canon rather than give a complete play by play of all plots and subplots.

PERSONALITY: Who is your character? What motivates them, what do they fear, what do they hope for? While canon examples underlying personality traits are welcome, avoid doing a history recap in this section.

Organic form: All non-organic characters and organic characters over 10 feet tall must select a human, ghoul, or super mutant form. Other characters may come into game as themselves, or chose to appear in game as one of the above forms. See FAQ for details.

SUITABILITY/REACTION: How do you see your character fitting into the post-apocalyptic world? Please address any special concerns here, for instance for young characters, explain how they are suitable for a game of adult themes of violence and survival, or for pacifist characters explain how they will handle constant fighting around them. A quick sentence or two on how they may react to finding themselves in the vault (try to attack the first person, get right to problem solving, decide it's better than being dead in their homeworld, etc) should also go here.

SAMPLES

PIP-BOY NETWORK: A sample thread of a text or audio post for the pip-boy network (see here if you need more information). If you used a pip-boy thread on the TDM, you may link it here. Otherwise please write an original post.

LOG: Write or link a third person, log style post. Links from the TDM are preferred, but links to threads in other games or memes are acceptable. If linking to a thread from another game or meme, the thread must include multiple comments from your character.
